WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is the practice of conscious controlled breathing for relaxation, meditation, therapeutic and spiritual purposes.  Breathing is done in various patterns in order to help heal, relieve stress, dissolve stuck emotion or stagnant energy, release fear, gain clarity, shift false beliefs, activate and embody new, empowering beliefs and much more.  
 
Breathwork has the ability to elevate our thinking and can allow us to step into the observer perspective while being deeply connected to our body so that we can experience the innate intelligence contained within us.  It can even be a doorway to deep transformation and connecting to our highest potential and Infinite Self.

It’s no secret that most of us struggle with the everyday pressures of life. We’re living in an age where we’re busier than ever and because we can often be disconnected from our body, it’s easy to become buried in thoughts, feelings and emotions that we don’t know how to deal with or process.

Breathwork allows us to be present, to find stillness within and to safely feel and breathe through the experiences of life.

Your Breathwork Facilitator
Heidi Garis, your guide in breath, has a rich background in psychotherapy, energy work, coaching and has been extensively trained in breathwork.  She now utilizes the power of breath in her private client work and is skilled at offering safe and transformative breathwork in settings such as live in-person or online workshops, corporate offices, retreats, and more.  She is trained to hold sessions that are safe, controlled and effective. 
 
Prior to a breathwork experience participants are educated about breathwork and informed about what to expect as the session unfolds.  Clients may share intentions for the session, are introduced to the breathing patterns, and gently coached throughout ensuring the most positive and safe experience.  Post session self-care tips are also offered to enhance the healing process.
 
Heidi's mission is to help her clients not only transform their inner landscape and heal but to also unlock their innate potential and support them in embodying their highest level, so they can live into their purpose and experience abundance in all facets and forms.
